Cancellation Policy
By booking a 1:1 session, you agree to the following terms: No Refunds — All bookings are final. Refunds are not provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early endings. Late Starts — Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive extended time. Rescheduling — You may reschedule once, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be accommodated. Conduct Policy — Respectful communication is expected at all times. Sessions will be ended immediately without refund if inappropriate, harassing, or disrespectful behavior occurs. Use of Session — These sessions are for personal conversation, guidance, or discussion only and do not constitute professional mental health, legal, or financial advice. Recording — Sessions may not be recorded, shared, or redistributed without written consent. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
